Happy Hormones Reviews: Does it work and is it natural?

This Happy Hormones Review is written from a slightly different perspective. Find out how as health experts we assessed the effectiveness of the product by Happy Healthy You, an Aussie company.

How do Happy Hormones actually work?

In a nutshell, Happy Hormones work by leveraging a combination of herbal medicines to stimulate the body to adjust its hormone levels, ultimately aiding in hormonal balance and endocrine health. It helps manage hormonal imbalances and menopausal symptoms during perimenopause and menopause. It can also help regulate monthly symptoms of PMS throughout the menstrual cycle if you still get them, particularly in peri-menopause and promote better overall physical health.

Improved Mood and Emotional Well-being.

Our irritability during hormonal change times is not unwarranted and at times very difficult to manage regardless of how hard we try to control our mood swings. Sometimes we tend to take it out on those who are closest to us, then the guilty feeling kicks in because we know that perhaps we were in a bad mood and struggled to control our emotions.

Family members may often non understand the full extent of how our hormonal changes affect us. Having access to a natural remedy can put us in a happier mood and can be a godsend.

The first noticeable effect for many women using Happy Hormones is a sense of calm, attributed to mood support. This mood enhancement is significant because hormones play a substantial role in emotional well-being.

Happy Hormones are designed to reduce irritability, balance mood swings, and enable us to be in better control of how we feel.

Better Sleep Support.

Happy Hormones aim to support better sleep by recognizing the importance of sleep in overall hormonal balance. While not guaranteed for everyone, especially those with chronic sleep issues, the supplement can lead to improved sleep over time. This effect may be attributed to the herbs’ interaction with serotonin receptors, promoting relaxation and better sleep quality.

In turn better sleep can mean improved energy levels during the day and ofcourse better sleep was a game changer for their positive mood. A good night’s sleep can help you be your best self during the day.

Insomnia

Improved Energy and Stamina.

Low energy is one of the common symptoms on peri-menopause (which can start from around 40) and menopause. It’s in fact one of the very first symptoms many of our female clients notice in their 40s.

In our client’s Happy Hormones Reviews we noticed that this was one of the symptoms that was significantly reduced after about 3 weeks of the supplement. Which resulted in them being able to increase their exercise frequency and even intensity. And in turn, this helped them sleep up their weight loss progress.

Managing Hot Flushes and Menopausal Night Sweats.

Happy Hormones can help manage hot flashes and menopausal night sweats by supporting hormonal balance. The herbs in Happy Hormones, such as Wild Yam and Chaste Tree, help normalize hormone levels. Additionally, herbs like Passionflower and Sage can have calming effects, reducing stress and anxiety associated with these symptoms.

Temporary Worsening of Symptoms.

It’s important to note that some women may experience a temporary worsening of symptoms during hormonal changes, especially in the first couple of weeks of taking the supplement, but this typically resolves as the hormonal balance is achieved.

Due to the supplement’s natural ingredient profile adverse reaction to ingredients is unlikely, but it’s a good idea to seek medical advice and consult with your doctor to make sure you don’t have a medical condition that some of the supplements could have a negative effect on or interfere with any medication.

Long-Term Hormonal Balance.

Hormonal imbalance is a lifelong process that requires ongoing management, and while Happy Hormones can provide support, the ultimate responsibility lies in making sustainable diet and lifestyle changes.

Happy Hormones work by leveraging a combination of herbal medicines to stimulate the body to adjust its hormone levels, ultimately aiding in hormonal balance and endocrine health. Each ingredient in Happy Hormones plays a specific role in supporting hormonal balance and overall well-being. Here’s a closer look at how each herb affects the body:

Does Happy Hormones supplement help with weight loss?

From our observations, it looks like Happy Hormones help with weight loss for most, but not all. Diet and overall factors can be an additional contributor to variations in results.

Mandy lost 6kgs.

Mandy, one of our PT and nutrition clients has reported a 6kg weight loss since taking Happy Hormones for 3 months consistently. This was surprising for us as she hasn’t made any changes to her diet. We were a bit skeptical until more of our clients came though with similar feedback.

Sammy lost 3kgs.

Sammy mentioned that she lost 3kgs since starting to take it without any other lifestyle changes within 5 weeks.

This is why we decided to recommend it to a few of our other PT clients to see if we can get similar feedback. While not all our clients necessarily noticed weight loss, at least a few did and that’s a great indication that it helps women achieve some great results.

And keep in mind at that point we did not change their diet or exercise regimen, the only variant was the introduction of the hormonal supplement.

What our Nutritionist thinks of all this.

Our nutritionist believes that the weight loss likely occurred due to the herbal blends found in Happy Hormones oral powder or capsules, which can have an impact on digestion, metabolism, and weight loss.

Specifically, herbs such as maca root, sage, and chaste tree root were utilized for their unique properties. Maca root, known for its adaptogenic nature, assists the body in adapting to stress by potentially reducing cortisol levels, a hormone associated with weight gain and digestive issues.

Chaste Tree root complements these effects by helping to stabilize blood sugar levels, reducing cravings and aiding in weight loss. This holistic approach to hormonal balance has likely played a significant role in the observed weight loss.

What Is Our Review Process of Happy Hormones.

We are experts in health and nutrition.

I am a health coach and work closely with our trusted nutritionist who helps us decode all the ingredients and bust some myths around them.

We rely on independent feedback from our clients.

Aside from that, we have all our wonderful personal training and nutrition clients who are mostly women over 30, 40, and well beyond. So we often either hear about products they’ve tried directly from them or we recommend supplements that we know and believe could be beneficial to them based on our expertise as health coaches, and then ofcourse seek their feedback to see how well certain things work for all different women and different symptoms.

This is why we have a very good pull of trusted people for different product reviews that we can get our information from aside from ofcourse being the “guinea pigs” ourselves. So we never recommend anything that we haven’t tried on more than at least 5 people so we know if the stuff actually works or is just a waste of money.

Happy Hormones reviews.

The Happy Hormones Reviews we want to share with you are not only from random places or just one person but reviews by our actual clients who have tried it, all for different types of symptoms and for different lengths of time. They are not in any way affiliated with the products or the company, they are simply women who are seeking to fight menopausal symptoms naturally.

Healthy diet and exercise first, then supplements is our moto.

We always teach our clients to work on their health holistically and focus their attention on real food and exercise before stepping into the supplements and vitamins zone. But we know that certain well-researched supplements can be very helpful especially since many women in their 40s, 50s and even 60s are so busy and often struggle to get adequate nutrition consistently.

Is Happy Hormones Natural?

The great thing about Happy Hormones is 100% natural plant-based supplement and doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners or unnecessary additives, so you know you are not doing your body more harm than good, unlike many other hormone supplements on the market. Which is why Happy Hormones are gaining popularity.

Natural formula in Happy Hormones means less likely to cause side effects and can be used by most. Women are realising that natural is best when it comes to a healthy balance of hormones and becoming smart and picky about ingredients in everything they take.

Is Happy Hormones FDA or TGA Approved?

In Australia TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) is equivalent to the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration). We found that Happy Hormones Supplement by Happy Healthy You is listed on the Department of Health Therapeutic Administration which means Happy Hormones Supplement is TGA approved. For those using other hormonal treatments like the pill or HRT, it’s recommended to give Happy Hormones six weeks to balance hormones before considering discontinuation of these treatments.
