Happy Hormones vs Happy Mammoth: Which is better?

It’s all fun and games until menopausal symptoms start affecting the quality of our lives. Gut health is the first to start playing up often resulting in unexplained bloating and discomfort, followed by low energy levels.

These are the two main symptoms I noticed among my clients as a fitness coach in women over 40. If you are wondering what can help you alleviate those symptoms and trying to find the best product available on the market I have done a detailed review of two very popular natural hormone-balancing products. Happy Hormones vs. Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony supplements.

The reviews are based on feedback from my personal training clients who have been taking them for a while along with the reviews that I have found from reputable sources such as independent FB groups, Reddit, and Quora forums. I have also compared the two products side by side to see which one has more potent and effective ingredients and which one is more budget-friendly.

1. What are Happy Hormones and Hormone Harmony supplements?

Happy Hormones is a product by an Australian company called Happy Healthy You, it was formulated in 2018 by Dr Jeff Butterworth.

While Hormone Harmony by Happy Mammoth is a US-based company it is also available in Australia.

If you are wondering which product would benefit you more you can find out in this comprehensive unbiased review that I put together.

Both products have been developed to help women of all ages balance their hormone levels. And to help those who are looking for more natural options to hormone therapy.

Many of us prefer to start with natural products and see if it can help before resorting to other methods. There are many menopause supplements on the market, but these two popular products seem to be mentioned and asked about by many Aussie women.

5. The verdict; So which one is better?

Best Overall:

Happy Hormones is my choice, based on the combination of a cheaper price, many great active ingredients and personal experience as well as feedback from other users.

Best Ingredients.

Happy Hormones contain an abundance of naturally derived herbs that have been known to support hormonal health. Additionally, it contains Black Cohosh active ingredient which is helpful in managing stress and improving bone health which is very important as we age.

Hormone Harmony also contains many of the same ingredients that Happy Hormones do, however, it also contains Ashwagandha root which is helpful with relaxation and sleep. American Ginseng root which is known to help increase energy levels.

Both products contain very similar ingredients except for a few. There are some ingredients that are additionally present in Hormone Harmony that are absent in Happy Hormones and vice versa. However, based on the overall main active ingredients that are responsible for hormonal balance I would suggest that both products are equally beneficial

Best Price:

Without a doubt Happy Hormones by Happy Healthy You are the winner here. Being only 1/3 of the cost of Hormone Harmony.

Happy Hormones by Happy Healthy You cost per daily serving is $1.30

Hormone Harmony by Happy Mammoth cost per daily serving is $3.75

Based on their smallest size capsule container.

Best Quality of the Product:

Both brands contain organically derived ingredients and do not contain any artificial additives, both brands are produced in Australia. Either brand would be a good choice.

Best customer reviews:

Both products have a very high rating of almost 5 stars by 1000s of customers.  As per the reviews above there have been mentions of weight loss associated with taking both products, reduction in night sweats, reduction in hot flashes, and improved energy levels due to better quality sleep. Many have also reported that it has improved their overall daily life and felt positive changes since they started taking the dietary supplement.

Best customer service:

Hormone Harmony had slightly better reviews when it came to customer service and noted that the response to their questions was very prompt.
